Agency Employment

On the basis of an “agreement of temporary assignment” personnel employed by us are taken to the worksite of the client for a period normally of 6 to 18 months. We administer all the agenda associated with the employee (continuation and termination of work, conclusion of employment, wages, holidays, wage deductions, social and health insurance, business trips, education, employee benefits reflect the conditions of the given client, eventually other services needed by the client). We also fulfill the responsibilities of all permits needed by foreigners for residency and work in the local country (typically the Czech Republic or Austria).
